For Young People
If you're aging out of foster care — or you already have and things aren't okay — we want to hear from you. You don't need to have it together. You don't need to know what to say. Just reach out.
Who This Is For
Not Sure?
You don't need to know if you qualify before you call. You don't need a referral. You don't need to have the right words. Just tell us where you are, and we'll figure out the rest together.
If we're not the right fit, we'll help you find who is. We're not going to leave you with a pamphlet.
What to Expect
No surprises. No fine print. Here's what you're actually getting.
You'll live in the main house alongside staff and other residents. Your own space. A bed that's yours. A door that locks.
Staff and mentors who are trained in trauma-informed care — and who genuinely want to be here. Not because it's a job. Because they care.
Individual counseling, group support, and a pace that respects where you are. You won't be pushed. You'll be supported.
School, work, ID, healthcare, budgeting, cooking — all the things most people learn from parents. We'll teach them without making you feel bad for not knowing.
As you grow in stability, you'll transition into your own tiny home or cottage on the property. Your own keys. Your own space. Still part of the community.
When you're ready to move on, you don't lose us. Alumni are always welcome back — for holidays, hard days, or just because.
How to Apply
Call, email, or have your caseworker contact us. You can also walk in. No appointment needed to start.
We'll have a real conversation — not an intake form. We want to understand your situation and what you need.
If it's a good fit, we'll work out the details together and get you placed as quickly as possible.
Referrals are accepted from caseworkers, social workers, probation officers, school counselors, and other trusted adults. Self-referrals are also welcome.
